I am personally interacting with companies in Singapore and UK who are doing functions of buying on behalf of certain companies in Gulf regions.
Market dynamics is changing very fast.
There has to be a system of quality check and price barriers based on universal global practice because then only transactions become neutral and transparent.
A regulatory body must be made at international level which will regulate the market dynamics.
