Trend of carbon market since its inception in 2006 has been full of zig zag with lots of up and down noticed.
It started with high pitch growth initially in 2006 and it gradually slowed down in 2012 when time frame of Kyoto Protocol ended.
Paris Convention in 2015 showed the chance of recovery with hopes of revival and upswing expected in Glasgow Convention slated in November 2021 under COP 26.
Mood of business is to grow after coronavirus pandemic has affected the global economy. We hope to see revival of the carbon market soon.
